Terms of service

Online purchases from East Coastal Designs are eligible for return within 15 days, excluding personalized custom products. To initiate a return, please contact us by email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

All sales of personalized custom products are final. The only exception is a personalization error made by our artist, such as incorrect letters or characters that do not match the personalization details submitted with your order. If this occurs, please contact us by email so we can make it right.
